1. Service
ForgeWatch provides security auditing, footage management, evidence handling and insurance-claim tooling. Some AI features depend on connected processing workers and are described as such in the product.
2. Acceptable use — scanning
You may only run network scans against IP ranges you own or are authorised to test. You confirm this authorisation before each scan. Using the platform to access systems without authorisation is prohibited and may be unlawful (Computer Misuse Act 1990).
3. Your data & evidence
You retain ownership of your data and footage. For evidence, you are responsible for lawful collection and for the accuracy of case information. We provide chain-of-custody tooling but do not warrant admissibility in any specific proceedings.
4. Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability. [Define any SLA here for paid tiers.]
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are as shown at checkout. Failed payments may lead to suspension after our dunning process.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
