Who we are
ForgeWatch is a product of FORGEGROWTHAGENCY.COM LTD (company no. 17243933), registered in England & Wales. Our registered office address is available via Companies House. ICO registration: pending. Data protection contact: shea@forgegrowthagency.com.
Lawful basis
We process personal data under (a) contract — to provide the service you sign up for; (b) legitimate interests — securing our platform and B2B communications; and (c) legal obligation — where evidence retention or accounting law requires it. Camera footage may contain personal data and is processed as a data processor on your instructions.
What we collect
Account details (name, work email, business), footage and files you upload, security-scan results, and technical logs (IP, actions) for audit and security.
Retention
Account data: for the life of your account plus 30 days. Evidence: per the retention class you set (summary 6 months, indictable 7 years, homicide indefinite). Audit logs: 12 months. You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from Settings.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Use the export/delete tools in Settings, or contact the DPO. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Sub-processors
Hosting/compute (Vercel), database & storage (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and email delivery (when enabled). Each is bound by data-processing terms.
